Security & account access
Protecting your assets is our top priority. Follow these practical steps to keep your account secure.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using an authenticator app or hardware key.
- Never share your password or 2FA codes. Ndax® will never ask for your password over email or chat.
- Set up strong withdrawal and API whitelists in your account settings to limit where funds can go.
- Use biometric sign-in (where available) for faster and safer access on mobile devices.
If you suspect unauthorized access, immediately contact our support team. See the Support Center for contact options and emergency procedures.
Quick troubleshooting
- Can't sign in?
- Check your email for typos, ensure your password is entered correctly, and confirm your account has been verified. If you still can't sign in, use "Forgot password" to reset it.
- Didn't receive verification email?
- Check spam folders, ensure your email provider isn't blocking messages from Ndax®, and request a new verification link from the sign-up flow.
- Lost access to your 2FA device?
- Follow the account recovery flow within the app or contact support. Recovery typically requires identity verification to protect account security.
Why sign in?
Signing in unlocks the full Ndax® experience: live market access, instant deposits and withdrawals, secure custody, insights and reporting tools, customizable alerts, and priority support for verified accounts.
Sign-in security explained
This section briefly explains the security technologies and best practices Ndax® uses to keep your account safe. Understanding how these features work can help you choose the protections that match your risk profile.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-Factor Authentication adds a second form of identity verification on top of your password. The most secure and recommended methods are time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) generated by authenticator apps (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy) and hardware security keys (FIDO2/WebAuthn). When enabled, 2FA prevents most remote account takeover attacks, because an attacker needs both your password and your second factor.
Biometric & device-based authentication
On supported devices, you can enable biometric unlock (fingerprint or face recognition) for quick access. Biometric data never leaves your device — only a cryptographic token that proves your device's identity is used by Ndax® to allow sign-in.
Session protections
Active sessions are monitored for suspicious activity such as unusual IP addresses or devices. If risk signals are detected, additional verification steps are prompted — for example, email confirmation or re-entry of 2FA — before critical actions like withdrawals are permitted.
Data encryption & privacy
Ndax® encrypts sensitive account information both in transit and at rest using industry-standard cryptography. Personal data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We retain only the information necessary to provide services and to meet regulatory obligations.
